Before accessing detailed materials, investors complete identity verification and eligibility checks. This process may include:

  • Government-issued ID verification
  • Liveness confirmation
  • AML and sanctions screening
  • Confirmation of accredited or qualified investor status, where applicable

Verification requirements vary based on jurisdiction and regulatory framework.

Access Structured Deal Materials

Once verified, investors can review available opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis.

Each opportunity is presented individually and includes:

  • Project overview and strategy
  • Structure of the dedicated investment vehicle
  • Risk disclosures and documentation
  • Timeline and key terms

Opportunities are not pooled into a fund. Each project stands independently.

Invest Through a Dedicated Vehicle

Commit Capital

When you choose to participate in an opportunity, your investment is made directly into a special purpose vehicle (SPV) established specifically for that project.

Key principles

Funds are not pooled at the platform level
Each SPV is separate and limited to a single opportunity
Documentation is completed prior to capital commitment
Payment is made directly to the designated investment vehicle

Track & Manage Your Investment

Monitor Progress

After investing, you can access documentation, updates, and ownership records through your dashboard. Depending on the opportunity, this may include:

Project updates
Notices and documentation
Distribution information
Ownership records

The platform is designed to support transparency throughout the lifecycle of the investment.

Optional Transfers

Secondary Requests

Where permitted under applicable regulations and offering terms, investors may request a private transfer of their interest to another eligible platform member. All transfers are subject to:

  • Eligibility verification
  • Approval by the issuer
  • Applicable regulatory and contractual restrictions

Not all opportunities permit transfers.
